All donations made to the Trust — including seva, annadan, deepmala, and general donations — are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, except as described below.
If you are charged more than once for the same donation, or a transaction fails but an amount is still debited from your account, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded to your original payment mode within 7–10 working days of the issue being verified.
Contact us within 7 days of the transaction using the phone number or email on our Contact Us page, along with the transaction date, amount, and receipt or reference number, so we can verify and process it.
Once a seva or pooja has been performed or the scheduled date has passed, the donation for it cannot be refunded or transferred.
