Online payments are processed through Bank of Baroda's secure payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by the bank's payment gateway in accordance with its own security standards.
Some features, such as booking a seva or viewing donation history, require you to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information (including family member details) you submit.
Donations are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and the gallery — belongs to the Trust or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
The Trust is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of this website, including temporary unavailability of the site or payment gateway, except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
